This is a 100% plastic-free food paper designed with a special anti-moisture treatment that provides a very resistant barrier. Our Acuapal paper preserves the freshness and taste of the products without forgetting the environment. In other words, a food paper that conforms to the principles of the circular economy as it’s 100% recyclable.
If you’re a fishmonger and you care about sustainability, this is the paper for you. You can also customise it with your logo and/or brand image.

Acuapal food paper is made from 100% cellulose paper. An anti-moisture treatment is applied to improve its performance.
This material is suitable for food contact.

Certifications
Both food papers available blank or can be customised with your logo. Can be customised with up to three different inks on a maximum of 25% of the surface.
We use water-based inks, thus complying with current regulations. Printing can be centred or continuous.
El Carmen Packaging Solutions guarantees that the components used to manufacture the product are controlled and authorised for use with food products, in accordance with current legislation. In other words, suitable for food contact.
However, this paper is not recommended for freezing processes.
Yes, this food paper is 100% recyclable, it simply needs to be deposited in the blue bin to be included in the circular economy, i.e. it can be reused.
It is known as WS treatment. With this treatment, the paper absorbs water but does not fall apart. It’s a resin that makes the paper resistant to contact with wet products.
We always print with water-based inks in accordance with food safety regulations.
Up to 3 inks can be used.
With regard to the % of printed surface, a large printing surface is not recommended due to the use of this type of inks.

Food papers that come in a box are measured in kg, not in units. In the case of Acuapal, there are 20kg of paper per box, regardless of its size (either 38x54cm or 27x38cm)
