The new e-commerce envelope-bags are made from 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable, and can be deposited in the yellow recycling containers. Your shipments will be more sustainable, economical, secure, they will enhance your brand image and are designed for reverse logistics.

These envelopes are made from 100% recovered high-density polyethylene blown films and the measurement options are within the following ranges:

These envelopes also have a moisture-resistant varnish finish.
One of their strong points is their tamper-proof double adhesive tape for sealing the envelope, to enhance the security of the shipment and its return. This means that the flap has two self-adhesive tapes so it can be reused.
If you want the envelopes to be customised, the design can be printed on one or both sides and up to a maximum of 8 inks can be used.

These envelopes are made of different materials: high-density polyethylene (HD PE), plastic paper (LD PE) or 100% recycled high density material.
These envelopes have flaps that may be finished with a bottom fold (BF), self-adhesive (SA) and cut-out (CO).
As for the flap, depending on the material and finish, it may be designed for a single use or several uses.

The envelope-bags are made from 90 and 100 gram cellulose paper.

Papeles El Carmen guarantees that the components used to manufacture the envelopes are controlled and authorised for use with food products, in accordance with current legislation. Except for envelopes made with the material ADR 70/30, which are not suitable for food contact.
Envelopes for online shipping (100% recovered high density polyethylene) with anti-moisture varnish and double safety adhesive tape. Additionally, you can choose if you want a cut-out and bottom fold.
Envelopes in other materials (high-density polyethylene, PE coated paper or 70% recovered high density material). For these envelopes you can choose the finish (bottom fold, self-adhesive and/or cut-out).
Kraft paper envelopes (90 or 100 grams)
If you want your selection to be customised, the design can be printed on one or both sides and up to a maximum of 8 inks can be used. A mock-up will be prepared for approval.
Where can the envelope be recycled at the end of its lifespan?
Envelopes should be thrown away in the yellow bins at the end of their lifespan, except for paper envelopes, which go in the blue bin.
