Materials
These bags are usually made of a combination of low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET). Each material has its own properties, such as puncture resistance, moisture and oxygen barrier, transparency and sealability. One material or another is used depending on the size.
TRIPLEX bags are also available. A vacuum bag laminated to paper with reduced plastic materials.
Design
Available in a metallic finish, with a plastic film and laminated to raw manila paper, which, together with all the possible combinations of materials, means we can offer a wide variety of products.
Also, they can all be pre-cut for easy opening.

These bags can be manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes to suit specific product and customer needs. Additional features are also available such as pre-cutting or self-adhesive reclosable flaps.
It can be printed on one or both sides up to a maximum of 8 inks.
Interlaminated printing is applied between the plastic layers and is protected from external agents with a glossy finish.
Laminated to paper bags also allow for interlaminated printing on the transparent side and external printing on the laminated side.
Material not recommended for deep freezing temperatures.
Not suitable for microwave heating, pasteurisation or sterilisation processes.
The packaging is made of barrier materials plus a low-weight manila paper lamination. This paper sheet gives two advantages:

This vacuum bag is not intended for reuse, once the vacuum is broken and the package is opened it cannot be reused.
Both laminated and paper-laminated bags use high quality, high barrier materials, resulting in better preservation and a longer shelf life compared to more traditional packaging.
